Last year, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Nintendo by Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith (CSK&D) on behalf of all of the people who have suffered through “Joy-Con drift” with their Nintendo Switch or (per an update to the suit) Nintendo Switch Lite. The phenomenon of Joy-Con drift is of course when the control stick on a Joy-Con controller registers input when no such input has actually been made, resulting in, for example, annoying situations where your character starts walking for no reason.
